Donation Reports Pursuant to Mayor's Order 2008-33* dated February 26, 2008, the Director of the Office of Partnerships and Grant Services (OPGS), in consultation with the Office of the Attorney General’s Ethics Counselor, will publish quarterly reports on donations. The Order requires the OPGS Director to review all requests by District officials to solicit or accept donations and approve or disapprove such requests as appropriate in accordance with the Rules of Conduct Governing Donations (Mayor's Memorandum 2002-1*) and Section 115 of the 2003 DC Appropriations Act.
