News Release for Immediate Release October 1, 2003 Public-Private Partnership Conference, October 21 The Mayor's Office of Partnerships and Grants Development, in partnership with the Washington Council of Agencies, will host the Fifth Annual Public-Private Partnership Conference on Tuesday, October 21, 2003, at the George Washington University's Morris & Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation Conference Center. Focusing on this year's theme—Partnerships: Creating Opportunities for All—participants can access the information and resources needed to build sustainable, results-driven partnerships that strengthen their organizations and further their mission.
