News Release for Immediate Release April 27, 2004 District Has a Banner Year for New Competitive Federal Grants Report details accomplishments of OPGD in Fiscal Year 2003 (Washington, DC) The Mayor's Office of Partnerships and Grants Development (OPGD) released an executive summary of the annual report for fiscal year 2003. The Government of the District of Columbia received award notices that totaled $36.24 million, the highest annual award rate in the last six years. The annual report also details the office's activities in authorizing donations to the District, building multi-sector partnerships, providing services to the nonprofit community, and expanding its outreach and information services.
