OPGS Hosts the Strengthening Communities Fund Graduation Ceremony On Wednesday, September 28th the Office of Partnerships and Grant Services hosted the Strengthening Communities Fund Graduation Ceremony. Ten leaders from non-profit and faith-based organizations providing services to residents in the District of Columbia completed a two year capacity building program that gave them the knowledge and tools to build the capacity of their organization to that would maximize the services they provide.
